Cette résistance prend plusieurs formes, celle du courage des femmes qui défient les Talibans dans les rues de Kaboul, celle des combattants qui résistent dans le maquis des montagnes afghanes, et la sienne, celle d'un défenseur de son pays dans les hautes sphères politiques sur la scène internationale. Il est à Paris, dans le cadre de sa venue en Europe afin de rencontrer diverses personnalités politiques, des journalistes ainsi que des femmes et des hommes soucieux de son combat pour la liberté. This resistance takes many forms: that of the courage of the women who defy the Taliban in the streets of Kabul, that of the fighters who resist in the maquis of the Afghan mountains, and his own, that of a defender of his country in the highest political spheres on the international stage. He is in Paris as part of his visit to Europe to meet various political figures, journalists and men and women who share his fight for freedom. On 26 September 2023, he was received at Hôtel de Ville by Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris.
